Mars Hill or the Areopagus was a location in Athens, Greece where Paul the Apostle spoke to the Epicurean and Stoic philosophers in Acts Chapter 17. It is in this sermon where Paul discusses the Altar to the Unknown God. This was one of the first times in which Christianity met the world of Philosophy. Paul did not shy away from attempting to use intellect and Scripture together to think Biblically, philosophically, morally, culturally, and politically. That is what this site is all about. It is a forum for all things rational, moral, cultural, political, and philosophical. Thank you for visiting!
